Who we are...
Lou grew up on a farm in South Africa and moved to the UK when she was thirteen in 2005.
Lou has trained as a chef before changing her career into property however, she still has a real love and passion for the kitchen.
Andy has lived in Cambridgeshire all his life. Having a real passion for nature and the outdoors, he is never happier than when walking in woodland and fields.
We met at a party where we bonded over our love for animals, plant based food and Tequila. We began living together and shortly after Sandor (our hound) came into our lives. We enjoy long walks with Sandor, cooking together and living an active and healthy lifestyle mixed with the occasional drop of tequila.
We are excited to combine our passions for food, nature and farming as we explore the marvellous world of mycelium.
